Enrollment for the Dolores County 4-H Club will be offered through March 15, 2023
The enrollment fee for this year is $26.00 per child, which entitles you to enroll in 2 projects. If you are only enrolling in DCTV, the fee is $16.00. The fee must be paid at the Extension Office. Enrollments are done via 4-H Online. 4honline.com shows a different fee due to a new format, but ALL members must pay $26.00, payable by cash/check to Dolores County Extension. Instructions to enroll are enclosed. You may also come to the Extension Office and we will help you. To enroll in 4-H, you must be 8 years old by December 31st or in the third grade. The enrollment deadline is March 15, 2023! For Beef Only: you must be enrolled and have ownership papers into the Extension Office by February 6th!
The enrollment fee includes the cost of literature & limited insurance; additional costs can be applied individually per project for materials. Enrollment is not complete until submitted on 4honline, with payment turned into the Extension Office. If you need assistance with 4-H online, we will assist you in the Extension Office.
Membership in this organization shall be open to all youth who have reached eight years of age and have not reached their 19th birthday as of December 31 of the current 4-H year and/or any enrolled 4-H Volunteer and who reside in the county. MAKE SURE ALL OF THE INFORMATION IS FILLED OUT ON THE ONLINE ENROLLMENT FORM (name, age, years in 4-H, etc.) ALSO, THESE FORMS ARE REQUIRED TO BE FILLED OUT BY 4-HERS CURRENTLY IN DCTV and leaders need to contact Extension Office to enroll.
